How did it all start?
- 1. Make healthy treats
- Candy can be good without adding lots of sugar and additives by using natural ingredients.

- Great recipes are created from continually experimenting and then perfecting the process by trial and error.

Hi, I'm Ada, the founder of Nougat Land. We just started officially in 2024, but I've been making candy for several years now.
I actually wanted to be good at baking, but it turned out I was pretty bad at it, so I transitioned into making candy which doesn't require baking.
The first couple (dozen) batches I made didn't turn out so good, but my love for experimenting kept me going to bring you the recipes you see on the website today.
